Can I submit a booking enquiry over the internet?

Yes, you can process booking enquiries over the internet; please click the link 'enquiry' at the bottom of hotel picture, you may also enquire over the phone by calling 0044161 408 1327

How long will it take you to respond to an e-res booking?

We request the hotel accommodation as soon as possible after receipt .Normally we would hope to have confirmation within 3 working days after receipt of completed booking form.

What is the cut-off time when making a booking on an offer that expires on the same day?

17.30 U.K.Time. Bookings after this time cannot be processed.

How much is the deposit for a holiday? When is full payment required?

A 10% deposit is required upon booking confirmation; Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to departure.

How can I make a payment?

UK Sterling Cheques payable to British Interline Travel, you can also pay by PAYPAL by credit card of which our sales team will email to you upon booking enquiry and confirmation of availability from requested hotel.

What happens to my money if I cancel:

You will forgo your deposit. In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before departure the full holiday cost is non-refundable.
