INTERLINE RATE QUALIFICATION:
In order to qualify for interline rates; you will be required to present your Employee ID upon Check-in with the British Interline Travel voucher. Before we provide the Interline voucher we require either a scanned / fax copy of the employee ID or a letter of employment from your employer. If you are a parent of the employee, we do require a letter from your son/daughter’s employer stating that you are the parent. If you are a retired employee, (some hotel deals are not for retired staff) we do require a letter on company letterhead stating your service length and that you are eligible for all discounts and / or a copy of your ID card. If you’re travelling and are on the friends & family rate (some hotel rates do not apply to friends & family not travelling with the employee) please have the Interliner’s send a letter / email and a copy of their ID. Proof of Interline Eligibility is required within 48 hours of final payment for all departures within 30 days and within 72 hours for all other bookings. Without proof of Interline Eligibility, British Interline Travel reserves the right to automatically adjust the rate to the applicable Retail Rate prior to travelling, If for any reason you cannot provide us with your Interline ID and letter of employment within the above deadlines please contact us by e-mail at sales@britint.com.
CONSUMER DISCLOSURE:
British Interline Travel is independently owned and operated, and acts as an agent and intermediary for some suppliers in selling services or in accepting reservations or bookings for services which are not directly supplied by the agency. This agency therefore shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of said suppliers, which result in loss, damage, delay, or injury to any guest.
British Interline Travel shall not be held responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any traveller in conjunction with terrorist activities, social or labour unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the control of British Interline Travel.
By accepting tickets and/or embarking upon his/her travel, the traveller voluntarily assumes all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected. The traveller is hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Your retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after receipt of this disclosure shall constitute to the above and an agreement on your part to convey the contents to your travel companions or guests.
Itineraries and rates as quoted and advertised by British Interline Travel are correct when provided to us, however, British Interline Travel cannot be held responsible for changes made by the supplier with, or without notice.

CANCELLATIONS:
The supplier based on their terms and conditions may impose Penalties.

The date the cancellation is received by British Interline Travel shall determine the cancellation date.
CHANGE FEES:
Once a booking has been finalised and confirmed, any changes to that booking will incur a British Interline Travel administration fee of £25. Changes include, but are not limited to, name changes, addition of an additional guest and requested accommodation change. In addition, individual travel suppliers may also assess a change fee for name changes.
Payment:
We accept payment by ways of Sterling cheque payable to British Interline Travel and Credit Cards paid through 'Paypal'
Pricing:
All prices are advertised in the currency stated, rates listed are subject to change, in some rates govt. taxes, port charges excursions, gratuities, and visa fees are not included, interline rates are capacity controlled may be withdrawn at any time.
Cancellations:
All cancellations must be received in writing as above, Charges are as below:
LAND ARRANGMENTS:
120 days or more: Full Deposit
90 - 119 days: 50% of total
0- 89 days: No refund.
Non Payment:
In the event of a cheque or card payment being refused the customer will be liable for the full amount owing, along with any bank charges incurred.
UN Eligibility: In the event of any person being found eligible for British Interline Travel rates, the company reserves the right to charge that person or persons the full commercial rates or refuse to allow guests to stay, in turn British Interline Travel will incorporate the cancellation fee applicable by ways of no refund.
Acceptance:
By confirming your booking you accept all the conditions of British Interline Travel.
